How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data by contacting our support team.
Please send an email to:
Make sure to include the following details in your email:
- The name of the app (e.g., DataVault or Medical DICOM Viewer).
- Your registered email address (if applicable).
- A brief description of your request.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Since our apps (DataVault and Medical DICOM Viewer) do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers, we can only delete locally stored or optional synced data as described below:
- Locally stored data — All vault files, cached items, and user-generated content saved within the app on your device will be deleted when you uninstall the app.
- Cloud storage integrations — If you connected to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WebDAV, you can manually delete files or revoke app access through the respective service’s security settings.
Data That May Remain
Certain information may remain available to third-party platforms or partners, including:
- Google Play — Transactional or purchase data (e.g., billing history, payment receipts) handled by Google Play are managed by Google and are not accessible to us.
- Cloud providers — Files you upload to third-party services (like Google Drive or Dropbox) remain under your control via those services’ own data management and deletion settings.
Automatic Data Deletion
Our apps do not retain or transmit personal information to our own servers. When users delete the app, all local data (encrypted or otherwise) is automatically removed from the device.
